Waiver

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

The undersigned volunteer agrees and understands that volunteer activities can be hazardous and can involve the risk of physical injury. The undersigned volunteer acknowledges that he/she has read this language and expressly assumes all risks of volunteering. Further, undersigned agrees to waive his/her right to file a lawsuit as set forth below.

The undersigned agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Idaho, and its board of directors, officers, employees, volunteers, guests and any other person related thereto (hereafter “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, injuries, damage, illness or other damages which arise out of or are connected with acts, events and volunteer activities and/or use of Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Idaho, its programs or property.
