Volunteer Requirements

Due to the compromised health condition of families that stay at the Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room, all volunteers, new and returning, must meet the following pre-requisites prior to volunteering:

  • Volunteers will complete an on-site training session on protocols and procedures at the beginning of the shift for safe operations.
  • At the current time, masking is optional in the Ronald McDonald House and Family Room. 
  • Questions about group volunteering should be directed to our team as listed above.
  • Volunteers must be at least 7 years of age, and all minors must be accompanied by an adult.
